| Manage my account information. |

You can easily mange your basic account information including, personal, business information, and other optional profile information. Simply, click the “My HBN” section of the site in the top right corner of every page on the site. Once inside, select the information you would like to manage from the options available and click on the "Edit" link. This brings you directly to the page where you can manage your complete your account information. |

| How do I add information into my account? |
| In order to add information into your account, such as a second business mailing address or email address, click on the "Add" link. This brings you to a page where you can easily input the information that you would like to add into the fields defined. |

Your "My HBN" account allows more than one element of the same information. For example you can enter and maintain two, three or more business mailing addresses. In order to be able to distinguish them, you will be asked to provide a Name/Description for each one. Such a Name/Description could be: "Corporate", "Mailing Address", etc. |

If you have entered more than one element of information you should designate one of them as your primary. For example, if you have two business mailing addresses, the first being "Corporate address" and the second being "Mailing address", you could designate the second one as your primary address. | How do I update my account information? |
| Once you are inside "My HBN" account, you can click on an existing element of information. This brings you directly to a page where you can modify your account information. For example you can click on an existing mailing address and it will bring you to a page where you can modify it. By clicking on the submit button you will save your changes. |

| How do I delete information from my account. |
| Once you are inside "My HBN" account, you can click on an existing element of information. This brings you directly to a page where at the bottom you will find the Delete button. |
